At Current, we want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, and in original packaging.

To complete your return, proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number is required.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying return delivery costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable delivery method and/or delivery insurance for items valued over R500.

  • Current is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution (typically 2–3 business days).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment method.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received and approved, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
